Orthopedic Injury Express Advanced Practice Provider (PA)
Location: North Raleigh | Wendell
Schedule: Full-Time | 3-Day Work Week | Rotating Weekends
Overview
OrthoNC is seeking a full-time licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. We are looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded Advanced Practice Provider to provide outstanding patient care in an urgent care setting. Job duties including evaluating patients independently, evening and weekend urgent care coverage, and weekly office call on a rotating schedule. The practice has multiple offices and 4 urgent care locations throughout the Triangle.
What You’ll Do:
- Independently manage patients at Injury Express locations
- Evaluate acute orthopedic injuries, post-operative patients, and established patients
- Perform joint injections, DME splinting, and in-office procedures
- Order and interpret imaging
- Collaborate with surgeons, APPs, and clinical staff\
- Educate and guide patients on treatment and recovery
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed PA or NP (board-certified) in North Carolina
- New graduates welcome - orthopedic or urgent care experience a plus
- Orthopedic or surgical experience preferred
- Fast learner who thrives in a high-volume, team-based setting
- Excellent communicator and critical thinker
- Passion for musculoskeletal care and continuous growth
